Can I host my site somewhere else?

Your first year of hosting is included with your website package. After your first year, you may choose to continue hosting with us for $8/month or you may move to a new host of your choice.

How long does it take to create my site?

About 1 to 2 weeks after we receive all of your content (photos and text for each page).

Do you provide maintenance?

Yes. We have maintenance service for a reasonable rate. Most requests are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt.

Can I update my own site?

Yes. Your website can be updated from any computer that is connected to the internet via the content management system (CMS) that we use.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Cash.

Do I own my domain name?

Yes. Your domain name is registered privately in your name. You own it. If at any time you wish to transfer your domain name to another registrar we will be happy help you out.

Do I own my site graphics?

Yes. Unlike most other Web design companies, we believe you should own the rights to the graphics that we create for you. We do, however, reserve the right to use elements of your design in other projects and to display your site on our portfolio page.

What do I need to do to get started?

Contact us so that we may give you a consultation to assess your needs. We require a 50% deposit to start. The balance is due when your site is complete.

I have my own domain name. Can I use it?

Yes. You must make a simple change the the DNS record to point your domain to our servers. Alternatively, you may supply us with your domain password and we will do this step for you.

How do I get listed in search engines like Google and Yahoo!?

We optimize your site for the keywords you select and submit it to the search engines, however we do not guarantee first-page results.  Even though search engines are important, most of your traffic is likely to come from your paid ads and reviews.

Do you write the copy, or do I need to provide my own text?

You must provide your own text. However, if you need basic corrections, spell checking and/or editing we can help.

Do you do All-Flash sites?

No. We incorporate javascript graphics into traditional HTML design that give a flash look and feel. Although they look cool, All-Flash sites can take a long time to load. Customers most likely leave before your site has finished loading. Perhaps equally important, All-Flash sites cannot be seen by search engines like Google and Yahoo!. And really, what good is a site if nobody sees it?

Can you add video to my website?

Yes,  if you provide us with the video, we will embed it into your web page. However, we do not do any video editing.
